Sprang my ankle yesterday at FedEx...it hurt like nothing i have ever felt before.  Ive broken bones, and dislocated limbs, but this was way more painfull than that.  It swelled up pretty good, and because of the high ankle supports of my work boots, it actually helped stableize its self by swelling up and filling my whole ankle support!  Later i went to Wal Mart and bought an akle brace to put it in.  it helped keep the swelling from getting worse, and now i can walk on it with little pain.

well, i gotta go off to work now...busy night at Hy Vee, see everyone later.

Went to the bar...got an invitation to audition as a drummer for a band.  Drank some beer.

So there I was, just doin my job at Fed Ex, loading a trailer like I always do, and suddenly a Semi-Truck backs up and hooks into my trailer!  no big deal, it happens like every other day, but for some reason this one was more violent.  When im in a trailer during a hook up, its like standing in a small earthquake...im usually asking myself, was that a truck or the wind?  There was no mistaking this for the wind today!  it nearly knocked me on my ass!  and if that wasnt enough, it also toppled over my beautiful wall of boxes!  no worries though, i just got up and fixed it. 

No sooner was the wall finished being put back together than i turn to start loading more boxes, and i notice that the dock isnt where it should be.  the building is moving away from the trailer!  OMG! im in an unsecured semi trailer with about 7000ish pounds of boxes on my to Kansas City!  I make a mad dash for the end of the trailer and JUMP!  i barely made it back on the dock.  i was in a state of pissed off i have never been in before.  when the truck driver realized his mistake he started to back up and put the trailer back...but there were like 50 boxes on the ground that fell out of the trailer...i waved him off and he only ran one over.  What a dumb ass.  Me and my boss Andy ripped into him pretty good for that.  I suggested that he personally write a letter to the person expecting the pacakge from OTC explaining that he was an idiot and that he was sorry that their box and merchandise was completely distroyed.  I dont know if he will actually write it, but Andy was on my side of the issue.  As for me...im fine, no bumps bruises, or any of the like.  But boy was I mad. 

We did over 18,000 packages in 7 hours.  A typical day is somewhere in the neighborhood of 7,000 packages...so a huge increase over our normal work load.

In other news, my thumb is starting to heal, even though it still hurts like a son of a bitch.

ARGH!!  went to the doctor today because of some ouchies i have on my hands.  Yeah, they are infected, and there is a chance its Staph.  For all of you who dont know, Staph = ...im on some pretty mean anti-biotics...supposedly in 10 days, if my fingers dont fall off, ill be cured.  (its hard to type with band aids on my fingers!)

Im still trying to decide if i want to Re-new my lease on my apartment, or if I should move in with my buddy Ben.  He has a house, back yard, and a basement.  none of those come with my apartment lease.  however, if i do my lease again, i save about $75 per month...

If i do move in with ben, we are gonna buy some weight equipment and put it in the basement so i can start working out for boxing next year.  Im so gonna go fight at the Golden Gloves tournament in 2006.  I was supposed to fight in it last year, but my dumb boss at Hy Vee changed my schedule so i couldnt go take boxing lessons anymore. *note to self...give her a dirty look next time i see her*

well, i think im done talking for today...look for my next post in 3 months or so! lol, ill try to write more, because so many people come to my site.  hrmm, maybe if i posted some pictures of me stripping i could get more attention...naw, ill just leave it as it is.  :p

back from Florida, and as it turns out...I WENT ON A CRUISE TO THE BAHAMAS TOO!!! that was fucking sweet.  No, wait, way way way better than that!  there was drinking, and dancing, and water, and girls...oh god the girls.  i have never seen so much scattered ass in one place before!

i think scuba diving is my new favorite hobby.  Its so cool to swim in a ship wreck.  and the fish!  i didnt see anything that would eat me, but i wanted to.  I love sharks, and when the dive guide told me that there was a remote chance we could see a small tiger shark (small ones are only a few feet long) i got all excited.  if there were places here to dive i would so get certified...but who wants to dive in zorinsky, or wherspan?
